3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed through authorized channels of Aqua Pure Shine
- Prices may change based on offers, availability, or updates
- Payment must be completed before the product is dispatched or installed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
4. Installation & Service
- Installation is provided as per the guidelines of Aqua Pure Shine
- Any additional plumbing, electrical work, or accessories required may incur extra charges
- Service availability may vary by location
- Customers are responsible for maintaining proper inlet water quality
5. Warranty Terms
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects
- Filters, membranes, and consumables are not covered under warranty
- Warranty is valid only if serviced by authorized Aqua Pure Shine technicians
- Unauthorized repair or tampering voids the warranty
6. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- AMC plans must be purchased separately
- AMC includes scheduled services, but additional parts may be charged
- Missing scheduled service appointments may affect purifier performance
7. Return, Refund & Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or faulty products reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Open-box or installed products are generally not eligible for refunds unless covered under specific policies. Replacement decisions will be made after technician inspection.
8. Water Quality Responsibility
Purifier performance depends on the input water quality. Aqua Pure Shine is not liable for issues caused by extremely poor or unsuitable water sources beyond device capacity.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aqua Pure Shine is not responsible for any damages, losses, or health issues arising from improper use of the purifier. We do not guarantee water quality beyond the rated capacities and specifications.
10. Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, images, website content, and product information belong to Aqua Pure Shine. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Privacy & Data Use
Customer details collected during purchase or service requests will be used only for communication, service, and support. We do not share customer information with third parties unless required for service fulfillment.
